Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Prepare bottom crust.
  2. Mix together sugar, flour, cornstarch, cinnamon and balsamic vinegar. Add strawberries and toss to coat. Pour filling (including extra flour mixture) into prepared crust. Dot with butter.
  3. Prepare top crust (either a lattice or cut multiple slits to vent steam). Brush lightly with a little melted butter. You can sprinkle some sugar over the top crust, if desired.
  4. Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown. Cool completely.
