Chocolate Cloud Dessert
  1. Combine flour, walnuts, and melted butter. Press into a 9x13 baking dish and bake at 400°F for about 20 minutes, until it just starts to brown around the edges.
  2. Cream confectioner's sugar into cream cheese until it's very smooth. Fold in about half of the whipped topping (reserve the rest for topping the dessert).
  3. Smooth cream cheese mixture over the completely cooled crust. Be careful, because the crust will want to crumble if you put undue pressure on it.
  4. Combine pudding mixes and whisk in cold milk. Immediately pour over cream cheese mixture to form a smooth, even layer.
  5. Top with remaining whipped topping.
  6. Carefully shave the baking chocolate square and sprinkle over the whipped topping.
  7. Serve cold.
Recipe Notes

When I take this somewhere, I usually stop at the pudding step and take the remaining whipped topping and chocolate shavings with me to finish building the dessert on-site. I also shave the chocolate ahead of time and put it in a resealable bag in the freezer (shaved chocolate melts when you look at it, so it's best to have it as cold as possible).
